CANCELLATION POLICY

THE DETAILS (READ BEFORE BOOKING) Respect my time, I’ll respect yours. Every appointment booked is an agreement to the following: DEPOSITS Color appointments aren’t locked in without a deposit. It goes toward your total — but if you cancel late or don’t show, it’s gone. CANCELLATIONS + NO-SHOWS Life happens, I get it — just communicate. * 24–48 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule * Late cancellations = up to 50% of your service * No-shows = 75% charge + you’re required to pay to be able to book again LATE POLICY Running late throws off the entire day. You have a 10–15 minute grace period. After that, I may need to modify or reschedule your service. Fees may apply. NO REFUNDS — ADJUSTMENTS ONLY I don’t offer refunds on services. If something feels off, let me know within 5–7 days and I’ll fix it. NO EXTRA GUESTS This is a one-on-one experience. No friends, no kids & no extra energy — unless permitted by me COME PREPPED Clean, dry hair unless told otherwise. If I have to spend extra time on buildup, matting, or detangling, expect an added charge. PRICING All services are starting prices. Your final total depends on your hair — length, density, and the time it takes to get you right. PAYMENT Payment is due same day. Accepted: Card, cash, Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay BE HONEST Box dye, previous color, chemical treatments — I need the full story. What you don’t tell me will affect your results.
